Energy Agency of Etelä-Savo is operating in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy saving. We are located in the eastern part of Finland in the city of Mikkeli and our working district is region of Etelä-Savo and also the whole Eastern Finland where we work in close co-operation with other organizations.

Our goals:

• To increase the use of renewable energy sources in Etelä-Savo area.
• To offer a discussion forum for companies, public sector and research institutes in the field of bioenergy.
• To help local bioenergy technology companies to develop and expand their business opportunities. We are working in co-operation with WENET that is a concept for the transfer of business models, technology and expertise to other parts of Europe and worldwide.
